RESERVATION :
To secure a reservation, a deposit of 25 % of the total rental cost is required.
The balance of the rental cost is payable 30 days prior to the arrival date.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
To ensure that the condition of the rental property is the same at the end of the rental period as it was at the beginning, that the terms of the Rental Agreement and House Rules have been honored, and an acceptable level of cleanliness at departure is achieved, a Damage Deposit payable by cash is required upon arrival.
Cost of Damage Deposit
Group of 8 persons or less: $500
Group of 9 to 11 persons : $750
Group of 12 to 14 persons: $1000
PETS:
Pets are not allowed anywhere on the properties.
MOTORBOATS:
Motorboats are not allowed on the lake (gasoline and electric motors are prohibited)
